SupraClub

Child safety standards

SupraClub is an adults-only service. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation absolutely, and we act on every report we receive.

Our commitment

SupraClub has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to anything involving our service — the app, our events, and any communication with us. We comply with the child safety laws of Georgia and with our obligations under Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

SupraClub is 18+

The service exists to seat adults together at a restaurant table. It is not intended for, and not offered to, anyone under 18.

There is nothing to post, share, or send

Most child safety risk online comes from open messaging, image sharing and public profiles. SupraClub deliberately has none of these.

FeatureStatus
Private messaging or chat between membersDoes not exist
Photo, video or file sharingDoes not exist
Public profiles or a browsable member directoryDoes not exist
A social feed, posts or commentsDoes not exist
Private post-dinner ratings and safety reportsThe only member-submitted content, never shown to other members

Because members cannot send each other content of any kind, there is no surface on which CSAM could be shared through SupraClub.

How to report a concern

In the app

Filing a report raises an alert with us straight away. Reports are read by a person, not by an automated system, and nothing is ever dismissed automatically.

By email

Anyone — member or not, with or without the app installed — can report a child safety concern by emailing hello@supraclub.app. Please include as much detail as you safely can. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

How we respond

  1. We review every child safety report as our highest priority, ahead of all other reports.
  2. We disable any account involved in suspected CSAE while we look into it, and remove it permanently if the concern is substantiated. SupraClub is a small team and this is done by a person, by hand, as quickly as we can.
  3. We report suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Georgia, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
  4. We preserve the relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities investigating a report.
  5. We do not warn a reported account that it is being investigated where doing so could place a child at risk or destroy evidence.

If a child is in immediate danger

Please contact your local emergency services first. In Georgia, dial 112. Reporting to us does not replace contacting the authorities, and you do not need to wait for our reply before doing so.
