SupraClub organises social dinners in Tbilisi. To seat you at a good table we need to know a few things about you. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Who we are

SupraClub, Tbilisi, Georgia. For anything about your data, write to hello@supraclub.app.

What we collect

When you create an account: your first name, email address, date of birth (we need it to confirm you're 18+ and to seat you with a similar age group), the country you're from, and optionally a phone number.

When you take the quiz: your answers — the language you want to speak at the table, gender, the kind of work you do, your interests, what you're looking for, and a short personality questionnaire. These exist for one purpose: to build a table you'll enjoy.

When you join an event: which events you booked, the table language and budget range you chose, whether you confirmed, and whether you showed up. If a dinner happens, you can rate it and tell us if someone didn't turn up.

When you pay: a record of the payment — amount, date, and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your card details. Card data goes directly to our payment provider, Bank of Georgia, on their own secure page.

Technical: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send them. Basic error and usage logs to keep the service working.

What other members can see about you

This matters, so it gets its own section. Before a dinner, nobody sees your name or photo. Your table only sees the group's combined picture — the nationalities, languages and general kinds of work around it. You are never individually identifiable.

Only after the dinner has taken place are first names shown to the people who shared your table, so you can remember who you met. Your email, date of birth, phone number, quiz answers and personality results are never shown to other members.

Why we use your data

To match you to a table; to run the event (booking the restaurant, telling you where to go); to send you the reminders and confirmations tied to a booking you made; to take payment; to keep the community safe and reliable (for example, repeated no-shows); and to fix problems and improve the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

Amazon Web Services — hosting, accounts and database, stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Bank of Georgia — payment processing. Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google. Expo — delivering push notifications. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Where your data lives

On Amazon Web Services servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).

How long we keep it

While your account exists. If you delete your account we remove your personal data, keeping only what we're legally required to (payment records for accounting) and anonymous statistics that can't identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct anything wrong, or have your account and data deleted. Email hello@supraclub.app and we'll action it. You can turn off notifications at any time in your phone's settings.

Age

SupraClub is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we check date of birth at sign-up. The service is not intended for children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
